摘要: The Great East Japan Earthquake and the successive accidents at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station are stark reminders of importance energy, which is basis economic activity national governance. Urgent responses have been conducted since March 11, 2011, including controlling consequences nuclear accident, dealing with short-term power shortages, a comprehensive review Japan's long-term energy policy. Nationwide discussions reviews these issues still continuing. Even today, more than 2 years after many problems remain unsolved Japanese society has to face uncertainty challenges about its future. In current difficult situation, needs achieve “3Es (energy security, environmental protection, efficiency)” plus “S” (safety) “M” (macro economy protection) simultaneously, taking account new realities following accident.
