摘要: Thermal plasma melting is an efficient but energy intensive method for vitrifying municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) fly ash. To reduce the cost and vitrification temperature, different biomass ashes were used as additives in this paper. The effects of rice husks wood combustion on MSWI ash behavior have been studied using a laboratory dc argon torch. heat samples with mass ratios was predicted by empirical mathematical model based major components measured temperatures. deduced to optimize parameters Melting tests showed that firing time can be reduced save cost, after added all converted into dark blue glassy materials. When molten slags cooled air, from mixed cracked irregular pieces, while tended form spherical pellets porous microstructure. results indicate promising additive producing high quality construction materials through energy.
