摘要: Abstract The importance of transferring the wind engineering research into curriculum and practice has been focus much attention in recent past. Also, many Universities are exploring ways to enhance their existing for both on-campus students distance education. With emergence software computer hardware specifically designed multimedia-based presentations constantly improving conditions learning via Internet, it is now possible achieve these goals more effectively than ever before. In this paper, three separate efforts at Texas Tech University described; integrating curriculum, developing a course education, devising method fast dissemination all involving different forms electronic media.
