摘要: Abstract Background: Hepatitis C virus-related antibodies were found in sera positive for to liver/kidney microsome antibody, usually considered a marker of autoimmune hepatitis. The aim this study was analyze the specificity autoantibody from patients with and without hepatitis virus infection. Methods: Fifteen anti-hepatitis virus- anti-liver kidney microsome-positive compared 11 hepatitis, reactivity against rat human liver microsomal proteins, P450IID6 recombinant various synthetic peptides spanning 241–429 amino acids sequence P450IID6. Results: Ten bound proteins region between 72 458. These 254–271 peptide, some also recognized 321–351, 373–389 410–429 peptides.
