A Delphi examination of public sector ERP implementation issues

摘要: A Delphi survey of ERP life cycle management issues was conducted within five agencies the Queensland government. The each implemented SAP Financials at around same time using services a common implementation partner. Responses were elicited from project participants, managers agencies, and users financial systems. Valid questionnaires returned 61respondents in first round (response rate = 55%) yielded 274 perceived issues. Through two rounds survey, these have been summarized categorized into 10 major issue categories (with 38 sub-issues). final which respondents will assign weights to is currently underway. Lessons drawn this study assist understanding specific characteristics public sector cycle, provide insights strengths weaknesses systems for organizations.
