摘要: The main targets for antihypertensive peptides are renin and angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE). Plant protein-based inhibitory agents first generated as enzymatic protein hydrolysates, which contain a pool of with different sizes effectiveness. Protein hydrolysate fractions that consist mainly low molecular weight (usually in vitro ACE activities addition to exerting vivo blood pressure reductions. structural basis enhanced peptide activity varies but generally proline, branched-chain amino acids aromatic have strong against ACE.
