摘要: Comparison of senescent yeast obtained by the "baby machine" technique with 2-day-old stationary phase cells revealed decreased activities glutathione reductase, S-transferase, peroxidase and alcohol dehydrogenase, reduction total antioxidant capacity, protein glycation accumulation products oxidative damage: carbonyls DNA damage assessed augmented content 8-oxoguanine increased tail momentum cellular in comet assay. These results are consistent a role for during replicative senescence Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
