摘要: In this contribution, an innovative methodology aimed at increasing the amount of scattering data (avoiding further a-]priori assumptions on investigation domain) is analyzed. According to multi-source (MS) approach, domain illuminated by means different probing sources, each them characterized a proper (and different) radiation pattern, induce interactions able "show" "aspects" scatterer under test. Integrated with multi-view strategy and recurring iterative multi-scaling procedure [Donelli et al., 2006], exploitation "source diversity" (through definition suitable multi-source/multi-view cost function) enlarges in non-negligible fashion number retrievable unknowns enhancing robustness imaging process respect noise stability inversion as well reconstruction accuracy. Moreover, reduction ratio between dimension space that implies decreased sensitivity false solutions [Isernia 2001] leading more tractable optimization problem. A large numerical simulations confirm effectiveness its data. results comparative study single-source methodologies point out advantages potentialities approach when dealing aspect-limited acquisition setups.
