摘要: Phosphorylation site 2 on bovine hormone-sensitive lipase (HSL), which is phosphorylated in vitro by the AMP-activated protein kinase, has been found also to be glycogen synthase kinase-4. Peptide mapping of HSL and isolated adipocytes demonstrates that this corresponds basal phosphorylation HSL, intact absence lipolytic stimuli. Site proposed have an antilipolytic role at greatly reduces subsequent (at 1) activation cyclic-AMP-dependent kinase. Further evidence for obtained using a synthetic peptide based sequence around sites 1 2. totally prevents vice versa.
