摘要: Gastric cancer (GC) is the third most frequent cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. The Molecular Mechanism pathogenesis in GC still unknown and unclear due to Chemoresistance. Chemotherapy remains only a single treatment for patients. Among those patients, are becoming resisting chemotherapeutic agents, nowadays chemoresistance causes recurrence major challenge because deregulations numerous signaling pathways such as tumor suppressor gene signaling, PI3K/Akt NF-кB Wnt/β-catenin mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), Hedgehog Hippo Notch pathways, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) have been found GC. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), process during embryogenesis genesis, well playing vital role In this chapter we summarize important molecular pathway aspects multi-drug resistance (MDR). It crucial identification new drug target, combination therapy clarify these complex mechanisms.
