摘要: A case of brain metastasis from peritoneal serous surface papillary carcinoma (SSPC) was reported. This 68-year-old woman admitted to our department because decreased consciousness level for the last few days. Her medical past history revealed breast cancer and SSPC peritoneum at age 64. On admission she comatose irritable. Serum urine examination syndrome inappropriate secretion antidiuretic hormone that treated with strict restriction water intake. MRI demonstrated a nonspecific mass in subcortical area right superior parietal lobule. The successfully removed en bloc fashion. Pathological diagnosis compatible previous obtained four years previously. Although patient received whole radiation therapy postoperatively, her condition deteriorated rapidly. She died months after surgery. is rare malignant tumor defined as primary histologically indistinguishable ovary, diffusely involving but sparing or only superficially invading ovaries. Because prolongation survival resulting advanced chemotherapy peritoneum, more patients live long enough develop metastasis. Therefore, should be kept mind differential site
