摘要: Cumulus cells features and embryo developmental events can be considered as noninvasive indicators for selection clinical outcomes. A combination of time-lapse morphokinetic parameters cumulus cell apoptosis in women with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) was evaluated predicting pregnancy outcome. We assessed a total 547 embryos from 100 intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) cycles. Time-lapse records were interpreted time to pronuclear fading (tPNf), 2 8 (t2-t8), direct cleavage, reverse also the presence multinucleation. Percentages identified associated samples using TDT-mediated dUTP-biotin nick end-labeling assay. The significant decrease apoptotic detected patients chemical pregnancies well live birth among patients PCOS tubal infertility group (p > 0.05). Furthermore, significantly higher implantation rate lower cases early loss observed oocytes less cells. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that tPNf together independent prognostic factors pregnancy, rate, birth. may not reflect rate. However, is ICSI outcome Day 3 transfer.
