摘要: The aim of the paper is to present condition Polish housing market with a special focus on development trends in metropolitan areas, especially Poznan agglomeration. first part deals structural changes resulting from liberalization state economic policy. second presents evolution spatial planning system and its impact Poland. final article focuses conditions dynamics With nearly 1 million inhabitants, agglomeration provides most remarkable example dynamic intense suburbanization process. depopulation central city favour suburban areas strongly related overestimating land allocated local documents, as shown by comparison reliable demographic forecasts.
