摘要: Many wireless local area network (WLAN) performance estimations are done with the assumption of uniformly distributed stations (STAs). In practice, on contrary STAs unevenly among access points (APs), causing hot-spots and under utilized APs in a network. Considering WLAN is made up multiple APs, having some carrying excessive loads (i.e. hot-spots) degrades both considered as well overall performance. The system can be improved by associating incoming effectively throughout network, sense to balance load evenly between relieve hot-spot congestion. Currently employed user association method IEEE 802.11 WLANs considers only received signal strength at STAs, associates closest (in sense) AP, ignoring its interference value.Novel algorithms required for congestion relief improvement. this work, new algorithm taking into consideration not but also AP loadings proposed. A calculation acknowledging presented. Our simulations demonstrate that proposed improve throughput more than 50% offers better distribution across compared conventional algorithm.
