摘要: OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the measurement properties of criteria for systemic sclerosis (SSc) subsets classification patients in SSc trials, and to determine if any one set confers advantage over others. METHODS: A systematic review articles describing was performed. Evidence supporting sensibility (statement purpose which will be used, population, setting, face content validity, feasibility), reliability evaluated. RESULTS: Fourteen sets were identified. There is variability intended setting are applied. Although validity improves with addition less commonly encountered or disease manifestations as criteria, feasibility implementing such conversely limited. Content most has not been evaluated due lack an explicitly stated conceptual framework SSc. The 3 more do provide incremental predictive 2-subset criteria. Our ability compare subset on divergent limited by a data. CONCLUSION: LeRoy, et al have good feasibility, acceptable validity. Further research needed these other use trials.
