摘要: The computation of phylogenetic diversity and community structure demands an accurately calibrated, high-resolution phylogeny, which reflects current knowledge regarding diversification within the group interest. Herein we present angiosperm phylogeny R20160415.new, is based on topology proposed by Angiosperm Phylogeny Group IV, a recently released compilation diversification. R20160415.new calibratable different sets published estimates mean node ages. Its application for and/or straightforward ensures inclusion up-to-date information in user specific applications, as long users are familiar with pitfalls such hand-made supertrees.
