摘要: Abstract Fluorescence excitation and emission spectra of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons have been measured in an atmospheric flame at temperatures ≈1200–1500 K. The do not differ greatly from those lower (≈400–500 K), indicating little net change vibration on excitation. Inverse electronic relaxation between S 1 2 states pyrene is observed.
