摘要: Insanlarda Bilgisayarli Tomografi (BT) bronsial, akciger ve mediastinal anormalliklerin degerlendirilmesinde kullanilmaktadir. Veteriner hekimlikte toraks hastaliklarinin goruntulenmesinde siklikla kullanilan radyografi, cogu olguda yetersiz kalmakta hastalara kesin tani konulamayip, sagaltimlar kalmaktadir. Tomografinin kesit goruntu saglama ozelligi ile radyografiye olan ustunlugu daha once yapilmis calismalarda bildirilmistir. BT, dunya capinda 1990’li yillarin sonlarina dogru veteriner de kullanilmaya baslanmistir; ancak ulkemizde BT ilgili yapilan calismalar kisitlidir.
