摘要: An elastic resistance exerciser comprises an elongated member having a loop formed at each end, tubular handle slidably fit onto of the member, and self-locking slider three holes; with threaded through two holes terminating end in third hole slider; being adjustable along whereby size may be varied by moving no tension on loop, but application to loop. A preferred embodiment provides band flexible material attached approximately center length more than one element.
