摘要: In recent years, quantitative metabolomics has played increasingly important roles in pharmaceutical research and development. Metabolic profiling of biofluids tissues can provide a panoramic view abundance changes endogenous metabolites to complement transcriptomics proteomics monitoring cellular responses perturbations such as diseases drug treatments. Precise identification accurate quantification facilitate downstream pathway network analysis using software tools for the discovery clinically accessible minimally invasive biomarkers efficacy toxicity.
