摘要: The dynamic elastic properties of the flesh apples, peaches and pears were evaluated to determine whether these significantly altered during growth, development maturation fruit. Mechanical resonance within specimens removed from fruit was measured various stages development, Young's modulus elasticity, shear modulus, Poisson's ratio internal friction (damping) calculated. for Late Elberta decreased rapidly 1925 × 10 5 dynes/cm 2 three weeks prior estimated date picking maturity 195 two after maturity.
