A multi-valued neutrosophic qualitative flexible approach based on likelihood for multi-criteria decision-making problems

摘要: In this paper, multi-criteria decision-making MCDM problems based on the qualitative flexible multiple criteria method QUALIFLEX, in which values are expressed by multi-valued neutrosophic information, investigated. First, sets MVNSs, allow truth-membership function, indeterminacy-membership function and falsity-membership to have a set of crisp between zero one, introduced. Then likelihood number MVNN preference relations is defined corresponding properties also discussed. Finally, an extended QUALIFLEX approach explored solve where assessments alternatives form MVNNs; furthermore example provided illustrate application proposed method, together with comparison analysis.
