摘要: Magnetization and magnetic susceptibility measurements have been made over a wide range of temperature for the alloy series CoAl1−xVx 0≤x≤0.5. Neutron diffraction also at room using Rutherford Appleton Laboratory spallation source (ISIS). The observed intensities suggest that x≤0.25 structure is singly ordered B2 (CsCl) with V atoms occupying Al sites. Beyond this concentration model in which double ordering L21 (Heusler) type favoring one two equivalent sites seems consistent results. magnetization indicate becomes ferromagnetic x>∼0.1 intrinsic σ rising to maximum ∼50 emu. g−1 x=0.5 Curie TC ∼320 K. inverse susceptibilities are generally linear almost independent x>0.2, suggesting an itinerant interpretation. values reache...
