摘要: Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is a severe neurological disorder with no proven treatment. Our prior research identified significant association monocyte level and ICH mortality. To advance our understanding, we sought to identify gene expression after using swine model test the hypothesis that would induce peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) expression. In 10 pigs ICH, two PBMC samples were drawn from each first immediately induction second six hours later. RNA-seq was performed subsequent bioinformatics analysis Gene Ontology (GO), Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes Genomes (KEGG), Ingenuity® Pathway Analysis (IPA). There 182 significantly upregulated 153 down-regulated differentially expressed genes (DEGs) ICH. Consistent findings in humans, GO KEGG pathways primarily related inflammation immune response. Five genes, all post-ICH known be associated activation, repeatedly DEGs pathways: CD14, TLR4, CXCL8, IL-18, CXCL2. IPA, majority disease/function categories activation. TNF LPS most activated upstream regulators, ERK highly connected node top network. induced changes within 6 h onset inflammation, response, and, more specifically, Further needed determine if these affect outcomes may represent new therapeutic targets.
