摘要: Rats on board the Soviet Cosmos 936 satellite for l8 1/2 days showed a decreased glycoprotein secretion from salivary mucous glands, stomach and intestine, an increased leucine aminopeptidase acid phosphatase content small intestine. Grimelius positive cells were activated. One group of rats centrifuged at 1 g during flight to simulate terrestrial gravity. Some investigations have suggested that under these conditions muscular cardiac disorders diminished. In digestive tract benefits centrifugation are minimal limited few components. The changes probably expression stress response, unrelated weightlessness. Similar changes, concomitant with glycocorticoid hypersecretion, found in after 15 hypokinesia Earth. These persisted even adrenalectomized rats.
