摘要: BACKGROUND A study of the influence life-event stress on onset and course acute somatisation in primary care. METHOD Forty-four somatisers were compared with 11 subjects who had psychiatric disorder but complained only psychological symptoms, 39 patients 'mixed' conditions involving independent physical illness, 90 123 healthy members general population.
