摘要: In common with many aspects of the HIV life cycle, assembly virus particle has been subject intense investigation over recent years. Study is facilitated by fact that only a single gene product, Pr55 Gag protein, required for assembly. A combination site directed mutagenesis, biochemical characterisation and structural studies have led to picture overall architecture particle, partial structure Pr55, subdomains involved in oligomerisation.
