摘要: Tonkinomys daovantieni was recently described from Northern Vietnam, but very sparse information exists for the taxon. We report first time karyotype of this species and investigate its phylogenetic position in Dacnomys division using both mitochondrial nuclear genetic data. The diploid chromosome number is 2n=44. This chromosomal set consists one submetacentric pair, metacentric nineteen pairs subtelocentric/acrocentric autosomes progressively decreasing size. X approximately equal size to largest subtelocentric autosome. Y smallest pair autosomes. reconstruction based on Cyt b COI GHR genes reveals that Saxotilomys paulinae, a distributed karst formations Lao PDR, closest relative T. daovantieni. These two taxa are similar not only morphological characters, also their major ecological preferences (both petrophylic associated with limestone formations). Based our data, we can conclude similarities among adaptations, natural conditions habitat these reflection relationship.
