摘要: One new cytochalasan alkaloid, chaetoglobosin Vb (1), together with two structurally related known compounds, V (2) and G (3), was isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of a culture endophytic fungus Chaetomium globosum, associated leaves Ginkgo biloba tree. The structures compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 1D 2D NMR mass spectrometry. absolute configuration (1) established means electronic circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy, on basis comparison between CD spectrum (+)-1 that calculated time-dependent density functional theory method for simplified model. correlation 1diss, 2, 3 demonstrated biomimetic transformation (3) under mild conditions in chaetoglobosins (1 2). metabolites tested against some phytopathogens.
