摘要: The invention provides methods and devices for generating optical pulses in one or more waveguides using a spatially scanning light source. A detection system, of use thereof kits detecting biologically active analyte molecule are also provided. system includes source, substrate comprising plurality sensing sites communication with waveguide the substrate, detector that is coupled to means translating beam emitted from said source such at some point along its path. sources allows coupling into simple cost-effective manner.
