摘要: The products in this group differ from natural cheeses that they are not made directly milk (or dehydrated milk), but rather various ingredients such as skim milk, cheese, water, butter oil, casein, casemates, other dairy ingredients, vegetable oils, proteins and/or minor ingredients. two main categories, namely pasteurized processed cheese (PCPs) and analogue (ACPs), may be subdivided further depending on the composition types levels of used (Fig. 1). individual categories will discussed separately below.
