摘要: Purpose: Most attempts to create an umbilicus in the exstrophy abdomen eventually leave end result of a flat scar rather than inverted structure. We describe technique that allows creation better looking umbilicus.Materials and Methods: A total 19 patients between 5 days 7 years old underwent umbilicoplasty. At apex vertical midline wound skin superficial fascia are elevated off anterior rectus sheath well beyond top incision. The edge at most superior is sutured linea alba, thereby inverting fixing it sheath. Two flaps based superiorly cut from margin skin. then rotated medial alba form base new umbilicus. inferior opposed edges approximated.Results: 18 had bladder 1 cloacal exstrophy. Of 1...
