摘要: The role of autoimmunity in atopic dermatitis (AD) is unclear. We sought to critically examine the occurrence, correlation with severity, and possible causative autoreactivity patients AD. Our systematic review studies identified from MEDLINE included 31 experiments that described defined as in vitro or in vivo evidence immune response autologous human, generic recombinant human proteins other tissue/cellular components. Autoreactivity prevalence AD ranged 23% 91% 14 involving 2644 participants, although it did not appear vary age, sex, disease duration. In contrast AD, IgE was found healthy subjects those allergic rhinoconjunctivitis, psoriasis, systemic lupus erythematosus, inflammatory diseases (8 816 participants). Two reports a positive between severity. suggest might be playing based on magnitude specificity associations found; plausible mechanisms through autoantibodies, IgG T H 1 autoreactivity; experimental elicitation eczematous lesions after provocation. Whether autoantibodies contribute chronicity now needs examined longitudinal studies.
