摘要: Abstract Environmental measures have sometimes unintended side effects. The paper focuses on effects that are the result of relations and feedback mechanisms between economic activities industries in production–consumption chains. theoretical framework chain analysis tools, life cycle assessment substance flow is used to define five different types environmental measures: volume (1), efficiency (2), end-of-pipe emission reduction (3), re-use recycling (4) useful application waste products (5). Each these can re-direct a process, thus causing pollutant emissions environment shift similar or other upstream downstream chain. Using this categorization, occurrence number processes lead be predicted.
