摘要: A new sensitive derivatization reagent for use in liquid chromatographic separation of hydroxyl compounds has been developed. suitable this purpose, 4-dimethylamino-1-naphthoyl nitrile, was readily prepared from the corresponding acid chloride by exchange reaction with trimethylsilyl cyanide. Condensation a compound effected presence triethylamine under mild condition. The resulting ester highly responsible fluorescence detector detection limit 200 pg.
