摘要: Exosomes are small extracellular vesicles released to the milieu through fusion of multivesicular bodies with plasma membrane. These contain microRNAs and might therefore be vehicles transferring genetic information between cells. The aim this study was investigate whether there a sorting into exosomes in prostate cancer cell line PC-3. In addition, PC-3 cells non-cancerous RWPE-1 were compared. isolated from conditioned media by ultracentrifugation inspected electron microscopy. Total RNA analyzed microarray analysis real time RT-PCR. MicroRNA revealed that microRNA profile similar corresponding parent Nevertheless, certain observed, low number (microRNAs their name) found underrepresented these vesicles. Moreover, miRNA resembled cells, though some miRNAs differently expressed lines. results show agreement previous reports other types, microRNAs. Furthermore, supports idea is adds new perspective pointing at underrepresentation exosomes.
