摘要: This study aims to find the optimised heating temperature for carbon extraction from peat soil. Ccarbon from peat soil was extracted by pyrolisation process at temperature, T = 200, 300, 400, 500, 600 and 700°C 5 hours. The carbon, C silica, Si content extracted from various temperatures were measured using an Energy Dispersive X-Ray analyzer (EDX) 3 points on sample surface. High atomic percentage of carbon (95.44 %) = 400°C, while highest silicon was recorded (30.79 %). surface morphology analysed using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) 800 magnifying power, it clearly seen that peat fragments pyrolised high with pores enhancement. The molecular structure parameter identified Laser Raman analysis. peak positions D-band G-band raw observed Raman shift 1379.62 1549.02 cm-1, respectively. Meanwhile, heated at temperature 400°C 1391.56 cm-1 whereas has position 1562.16 cm-1. From Raman spectra optimum revealed that the carbon molecular is mainly attributed graphite diamond structure.
