摘要: Nanoindentation technique was used to characterize the mechanical properties of Gd-deposited bulk YBaCuO superconductors fabricated by solid-state reaction method. In order determine hardness and reduced modulus samples, load-displacement data were analysed using Oliver–Pharr The values exhibited significant peak load-dependence especially at lower loads, while found be nearly constant studied loading range. find true load-dependency Meyer’s law, minimum resistance model, elastic/plastic deformation energy balance Nix–Gao model Mukhopadhyay approach. Of aforementioned models, approach most effective models explain hardness.
