摘要: The flux profile of blowing sand is the reflection a large number particles moving in different trajectories. To describe function requires measuring blown at heights. A segmented sampler for wind tunnel study (WITSEG sampler) has been designed and evaluated tunnel. 0.6 m high sectioned into 60 openings that can measure 10-mm intervals. Special attention was paid designing to its practicability efficiency. For convenience use, leading edge with inlets, chambers side cover are removable. maximize sampling efficiency, wedge-shaped so width inlets 5 mm, while chamber 15 mm. Each two screened vents connected vertical vent minimize air pressure inside Wind evaluation shows good aeolian flux. Both measured total show reasonably agreement widely accepted transport equation. It an overall efficiency 0.91. WITSEG detailed variation height proves be tool studying sand.
