摘要: Lateral flow nucleic acid biosensors (LFNABs) provide a variety of advantages, including being affordable, sensitive, specific, user-friendly, rapid, equipment-free, and deliverable to end users; thus, LFNABs have been very popular in biomedical, food, agriculture, environmental sciences, so forth. This chapter discusses the latest progress on LFNABs, which primarily unite with series variants, such as constructions, signal systems, recognition amplification systems. Furthermore, we imagine an excellent candidate for available, fast, simple, inexpensive detection commendable applications.
