The role of epineurotomy in the operative treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome

摘要: We conducted a prospective, randomized study to evaluate the effect of epineurotomy on outcome operative treatment established median-nerve compression in carpal canal. Fifty hands (forty-four patients) were into two groups: one group had release transverse ligament alone, and other adjuvant median nerve.
