摘要: Lattice parameters and crystal structures of the low temperature quartz-type (low-quartz) forms (space group P3 1 21) SiO 2 GeO were refined from single X-ray diffraction data under hydrostatic pressures up to 10.2GPa for 5.57GPa . R W (F) values range 5%. -quartz is an almost perfect high-pressure model -quartz:At 10GPa geometry structure approaches that at ambient pressure.
