摘要: Reaction of L-tartaric acid with thiocarbohydrazide afforded (1R, 2S)-1,2-bis(4-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-ethane-1,2-diol (3). The functional groups in 3 allowed the construction fused heterocycles on 1,2,4-triazole rings, mainly 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazine type as 4, 5, 7, 10, 13 and 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole 14.
