摘要: A fascinating aspect of the toxicology mercury — as Clarkson (1972a) pointed out in a review paper is difference pattern deposition organs and tissues following administration different compounds. Moreover chemical form which enters body influences not only distribution mercury, but also type toxic response. The dependence organ clinical manifestations on at entry even more when one considers that, with exception short chain alkylmercurials, all other forms are rapidly converted to sulphydryl-bound mercuric mercury. Even alkylmercurials though very much slower rate decomposed before decomposition intact methylmercury like inorganic mostly bound sulphydryl binding sites.
