摘要: This chapter will discuss the basic pathology of select gynecologic malignancies that occur in older women. First, endometrial cancer be reviewed, including endometrioid carcinoma, most common subtype, as well less entities such serous and undifferentiated carcinoma MMMT. Tamoxifen-associated Lynch syndrome, an important disorder ovarian cancer, briefly touched upon. Next, epithelial discussed with special attention to its association BRCA abnormalities. Endometrioid, clear cell, mucinous neoplasms also discussed. Finally, carcinomas cervix vulva are reviewed.
