摘要: Background. The proliferation of non-Langerhans cell histiocytes is a poorly understood process unknown cause. Variation in the clinical features and/or histopathology histiocytic has led to subclassification general category histiocytes. Although current classification may provide some useful generalizations regard anticipated course, wide variability presentation and outcome make this less than optimal when dealing with individual patients. objectives study were present four cases generalized histiocytosis. Materials Methods. Medical records slides patients diagnosed histiocytosis at Cleveland Clinic are reviewed. Results. exhibit more one subtype histiocytosis. Conclusion. overlap among histologic cutaneous disorders suggests that they represent disease entity spectrum presentations rather many distinct disorders.
