摘要: During chronic inflammation, immune effectors progressively organize themselves into a functional tertiary lymphoid tissue (TLT) within the targeted organ. TLT has been observed in wide range of inflammatory conditions but its pathophysiological significance remains unknown. We used rat aortic interposition model which evidenced adventitia chronically rejected allografts one month after transplantation. The responses elicited adventitial and those taking place spleen draining lymph nodes (LN) were compared terms antibody production, T cell activation repertoire perturbations. anti-MHC humoral response was more intense diverse TLT. This difference associated with an increased percentage activated CD4+ cells symmetric reduction regulatory subsets. Moreover, TCR perturbations not only different from common pattern LN also “stochastic,” since each recipient displayed specific pattern. propose that abnormal promotes development exaggerated pathogenic Preliminary findings suggest this phenomenon i) is due to defective regulation non-professional inflammatory-induced tissue, ii) occurs human grafts.
