摘要: Resume Le traitement des enamines pyrrolidiniques ceto-3 steroides conduit aux amino-3 avec d'excellents rendements. mecanisme de cette reaction anormale est discute: l'aminoborane resultant l'attaque normale BH3 au niveau du carbone 2 instable a cause d'une interaction diaxiale-1,3 le methyle 19. Cette instabilite provoque une substitution interne groupe BH2 par un ion hydrure.
