摘要: During superior repositioning of the maxilla (SRM), mandible autorotates forward and upward at pogonion, with condyle as center rotation. Thus, in each instance when planning surgical one must decide, on basis esthetics cephalometric prediction criteria, magnitude autorotation contribution this rotation toward desired occlusal esthetic result. In many instances can be moved somewhat posteriorly or anteriorly, thus simultaneous mandibular surgery is not required to achieve some cases, however, advancement set-back This article discusses specifics making decision regarding what do superiorly maxilla.
