摘要: The impact of open-pit lignite mining on water resources creates significant conflicts between different interest groups, such as the industry, supply agencies, and agriculture in region. activities each groups modify system at same time conditions for use by other groups. Consequently, there is an apparent need analysis regional policies to reconcile conflicting interests within socio-eeonomic environmental systems. On that, a collaborative study International Institute Applied Systems Analysis Research Institutes German Democratic Republic (GDR) Poland directed.
